Outdoor Adventure Boot Camp

What it is:
Whether you new to the Windermere area or looking for an adventure, join us for a refreshing morning workout while exploring the beautiful sights. Outdoor Adventure Boot Camp is a twice a week fitness program taught by a certified personal trainer and an assistant. Training will rotate between various locations within the park providing fresh and varied training sessions with a unique style. Discover some of the hidden secrets of the park and learn more about the beautiful landscape and wildlife while being challenged with a fresh new workout each morning.
Who it is for:
Open to healthy adults of all ages and fitness levels
When it is:
Monday and Wednesday from 6:30AM - 7:15AM
What to bring:
Mat and a bottle of water.
$175 per month for unlimited access to Outdoor Adventure classes
